The plate lifts consists of a large flat plate coupled to a single hydraulic cylinder which achieves the lifting and lowering operation.
A double chain system ensures uniform lifting and ultimate safety of the load.
The front edge of the platform is bevelled to facilitate the loading of large formats by means of a hand pallet truck or fork truck.
The stack when placed on the plate is monitored with a photoelectric sensor, to ensure that the stack is always lifted to the working height of the guillotine, the photocell is adjustable in height.
The system will also work with the automatic lowering of the stack.
Automatic foot - stop at approximately 15cm above floor level. The plate must be Manually operated to ensure a safe lowering to the floor.
